Today, the day started with a fight with my father. well befor you think let me re-phrase it, it was an argument. i was trying to inculcate the human values or emotion in running the business and my father runing business purely on business practices. this could be regular business affair but to me it was a serious issue.
to me people has to be a part of any business so how can people runing the business ignore the human values, emotions,quotient, culture or any terms for that matter. i strongly object to what my father has to say on this issue. we'll i'm trying to bring up my company on my terms. so let me say NO thank you papa...
